With a PhD in Biological Sciences and a Personal Trainer specialising in Women’s Health, I am proud to now be working in partnership with Menopause Experts Group, as the Welsh Ambassador.

As a dedicated Ambasssador, I am passionate about fostering a community of empowerment and education.
