With my background in Biological Sciences and my expertise as a NASM Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in Women's Health, I bring a unique perspective to the fitness and wellness world.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about how our bodies work and how we can optimise our health through exercise and nutrition. This quest for knowledge led me to obtain a PhD in Biological Sciences, equipping me with a scientific understanding of the body. But my passion didn't stop at academia; I ventured further into the realm of personal training, focusing on women's health, and understanding that each stage of a woman’s life brings its own set of challenges and opportunities.
In my practice, I offer a range of services including 1:1 personal training sessions, online fitness programs, and tailored nutrition advice. My approach is holistic, considering not just the physical aspects of health and fitness but also the emotional and psychological well-being of my clients. I believe in making fitness accessible and enjoyable, adapting to your individual needs and lifestyle.
I am incredibly excited to share that I have been appointed as the official Menopause Ambassador for Wales in partnership with the Menopause Experts Group. This role is a testament to my commitment to supporting women through one of the most significant stages of their lives – menopause. As an ambassador, I aim to foster a community where knowledge, experience, and support are shared freely, helping women navigate this complex stage with confidence and empowerment.
