With a PhD in Biological Sciences and a specialisation in Women’s Health, I'm also proud to be a Welsh Ambassador for the Menopause Experts Group.
Embracing this path as a busy, working mum, I understand the importance of making health and fitness attainable and enjoyable, not a burdensome task.
My personal experience, having my daughter at 39 and maintaining a fitness routine throughout, has reinforced my belief that age is just a number and that fitness should be a priority at any stage of life. This journey is about more than just physical health; it's about making mindful decisions and seeing exercise and good nutrition as natural parts of our daily lives.

My approach to fitness and nutrition before I met Suzanne was very up and down. I knew what I had to do but not looked at it as a whole. At 47, I’ve always struggled with my weight and body image but what a difference Suzanne has made.
