Making Fitness Fun
My name is Suzanne and as a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) L4 Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Corrective Exercise Specialist, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle.
As a busy, working mum, I’m a huge advocate of making yourself a priority - that doesn’t mean spending hours in the gym! With the right exercise, nutrition and support, making little daily changes can lead to big results.
I had my daughter at 39 (age is definitely just a number), and was determined that exercise and good nutrition would be a priority, and although I had the odd biscuit binge (all baby's doing!), I enjoyed a healthy pregnancy and exercised up until the day I went into hospital (it was the deadlifts!!).
Now that I’m a mum, fitness has never been so important - one to maintain my sanity (!!!) and two, to inspire my daughter as she grows up and to hopefully see exercise and good nutrition as a lifestyle choice and not a chore.
Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I provide 1:1 training in person at my personal studio in Gilwern, or at your home, or virtual (dependent on goals, time and location). I also cover the following areas, Crickhowell, Abergavenny, Newport, Brynmawr, Cardiff and surrounding areas. I also have an online training platform with fitness and nutrition programs and products designed to give you the best results.

My approach to fitness and nutrition before I met Suzanne was very up and down. I knew what I had to do but not looked at it as a whole. At 47, I’ve always struggled with my weight and body image but what a difference Suzanne has made. Her support, her advice, her guidance and dedication in sharing her passion means everyone can achieve. However big or small your goals are, she will help you along the way. Gives you the nudge when needed but supports you when life gets in the way! However long it takes, I know I’ll get there with her support!
